Our primary focus is to maximize each act’s potential and to ensure we deliver a top-tier product to both major and independent record labels for consideration. Our firm consists of industry professionals involved in the production, marketing, business and legal aspects of the industry. Entertainment29 also employs Artist Reps and Street Teams which are assigned to every act. We strategically map out and execute fundamental outlines for our artists and bands to achieve. Our approach to the industry is based on the new model, with labels negotiating with only fully-developed acts. Our mission is best expressed as a formulated approach that facilitates and assists the development and success of our acts on a local, regional and ultimately a national level.

During this process, we aggressively shop acts to labels across the globe, focusing on the financial and commercial viability of each artist or band. This can be accomplished for a variety of genres including Pop, Pop Rock, Rock, Hard Rock, Country, Country Pop and more.

One of our Primary responsibilities is to present our clients to decision-makers across the industry. We travel tirelessly across the globe for meetings, conferences and showcases. Our aggressive approach and reputation for representing artists and bands poised for mainstream success, combined with our well-accomplished industry connections, gives Entertainment29 a competitive advantage in getting an artist/group's foot in the door and in front of industry executives.

We are a full-time management firm whose services are available to our clients around-the-clock. Our belief in outworking the competition in every regard—from rehearsals and studio work to PR and marketing efforts—has enabled us to make several of our bands household names in their regions virtually overnight. We continually develop our roster and company in ways that push the envelope as a vanguard in the industry, raising the bar on on talent management to an unprecedented level.
